The still images are similar to the video in that they show the models shot in black and white, then in more personal, relaxed environments. We align on her scope of work, our workflow, and business objectives for Ami Colé. While I am in the meeting, I hear the doorbell ring. It’s DHL, delivering a time-sensitive formula (the production batch from our factory in Italy). As the head of product development, I am responsible for looking at this production batch to assure this new scaled-up formula is exactly what we approved in the pilot phase. The pilot phase is produced by hand by lab technicians, while the bulk production is produced with larger, commercial equipment — no hands. It’s easy for things like smell, color, and consistency to change. So I am responsible for making sure the quality and color shades are correct before we head to the commercial stage. Last week I had to refuse two shades because they didn’t have the correct undertones. This alone delayed our production schedule by two weeks but, hey, we have to get it right.Diarrha reviews Ami Colé product samples.4:45 p.m. specialized hardrock 26 2011 for BFF Courtney Barry, Sel was back at it again while celebrating the wedding of her cousin and good friend Priscilla DeLeon.
