I have a meeting with my social team and our new influencer marketing consultant. We align on her scope of work, our workflow, and business objectives for Ami Colé. While I am in the meeting, I hear the doorbell ring. It’s DHL, delivering a time-sensitive formula (the production batch from our factory in Italy). As the head of product development, I am responsible for looking at this production batch to assure this new scaled-up formula is exactly what we approved in the pilot phase. The pilot phase is produced by hand by lab technicians, while the bulk production is produced with larger, commercial equipment — no hands. It’s easy for things like smell, color, and consistency to change. So I am responsible for making sure the quality and color shades are correct before we head to the commercial stage. Last week I had to refuse two shades because they didn’t have the correct undertones. This alone delayed our production schedule by two weeks but, hey, we have to get it right.Diarrha reviews Ami Colé product samples.4:45 p.m. scott e aspect "This album changed me as a woman 🙌🏾 I embrace every song." scott e aspect The storyline has not yet been confirmed, nor has the roster of returning cast members, though it seems likely that core characters played by Lupita Nyong’o, Letitia Wright, Danai Gurira, and newly minted Oscar winner Daniel Kaluuya would all return. scott e aspect We're adding Chle Howl to our never-ending list of reasons why we loveall things from across the pond scott e aspect
