I dedicated my time in the camps to trying to help other children and give them a sense of hope, which is often stripped away when you’re forced from your home. I went from tent to tent talking to families, encouraging them to let their girls go to school and not force them into early marriage. Being a young girl as well as a refugee brings many challenges.
