In the months leading up to the election, AOC (who campaigned for Bernie Sanders in the primaries) q3848422 Darcy already worries that she won’t be able to show her children or a future partner where she grew up. q3848422 At Pop’s, Archie asks Reggie if Hiram put him up to tonight but Kevin interrupts them because he’s noticed a commotion outside. Archie calls Jughead, who has wrangled the Serpents at the Whyte Wyrm and is busy trying to convince Sweetpea not to storm the streets again — so who’s outside Pop’s? The Ghoulies! They are ready for a fight and start breaking windows and trashing the cars in the parking lot, while everyone in the diner hides. Pop doesn’t have a gun, but he does give Archie an idea: throw some Molotov cocktails from the roof! The Ghoulie leader tries to goad Archie into hitting him. Before that escalates, ex-Sheriff Keller, Fred Andrews, and F.P. Jones show up in Keller’s police cruiser, with a shotgun in hand to scare the gang off. The Ghoulies leave and Kevin speaks for us all when he takes a pic and proclaims “Hot Riverdale dads to the rescue!” The only H.R.D. not in the equation? Hiram, who is not happy to hear how the situation was diffused at Pop’s. But he’s about to have another problem, because a very large man walks into Pop’s to ask after Hiram, claiming that Hiram is “an old friend of [his] father’s.” This must be Small Fry! q3848422
