Thank you, Congressman John Lewis, for being the first marcher for our lives.Want more fromTeen Vogue? Check this out: xmsh07hm Lewis’s life exemplified how nonviolent protest is the answer to oppression, injustice, and even for putting an end to America’s gun violence epidemic. Whether crossing the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma, marching on Washington in 1963, orsitting in xmsh07hm Upon first arriving, attendees were treated to some festive nail art and lipstick to reflect either the Light or Night inside of them. They could choose from a variety of different nail stickers, which featured sinister symbols such as spiders and black cats along with some lighter fare, like the Baxter High logo. There was also a spectrum of different lip colors, everything from a soft peach to shades as dark as dusk. And it all culminated in getting to select a flower crown that fit their devotion to either the mortal or witch side. Pastel-y pinks, blues, and yellows for those going with the light. On the flip side, doom and gloom blooms adorned with extra cobwebs and spiders to dark hearts' delight. xmsh07hm The members then took a minute to reflect on the concert and expressed why it was somewhat bittersweet. Leader RM said he was âhaving mixed feelings,â which most members echoed, and longed for the day BTS is reunited with ARMY to regain motivation and a piece of himself, of his identity, that he felt he had lost. Jimin also expressed that since there were no fans present, it felt like a rehearsal, but the thought of meeting fans soon is keeping him going â so he will save his words for then. Suga added that though he had so much fun, he hoped the next time they perform at the Olympic Stadium it will be with fans in attendance. And Jin reassured fans that âstarting from the U.S. tour, weâll try our best to come to you.â xmsh07hm
