Once I came into being as a sexual person, I've always identified as queer. I was rather late versus other friends of mine, but once I figured out who I was, I always identified as queer. But then I still felt off for a long time. It was just like, "I don't fit into masculine culture at all" and, "I feel really uncomfortable being called a man." It just never felt okay.
